Hi, I'm Susan Dexter and this is my blog.  If you found my page, perhaps you or someone you love is familiar with constant worry, feelings of dread or even fear that something bad will happen at any moment. Anxiety can strike at any time, without warning, even at home where you should feel the safest.  I too used to experience the clammy hands and racing heart that struck without warning when I went to the grocery store, the bank, or at social events.  Even when I was at home relaxing I'd have anxiety symptoms like:

  • Dizzy spells leading to panic

  • Tightness in my throat and chest

  • Racing heart with tingly sensations

  • Hot flushes with waves of anxiety

  • Obsessive worries and thoughts

Find Out How To Stop Panic Attacks!

At first, I didn’t let myself worry too much about it.  Driving in heavy traffic, or being in crowded places has always made me feel a little nervous. A lot of people feel that way right? Plus, I was under a lot of pressure at work. To avoid the nervousness and the anxious feelings, I made little changes in my routine like not running errands on the weekends or watching action movies. For a while, it seemed to get a little better, but I just couldn’t relax and began to constantly worry that something bad was going to happen.

I remember one time my husband and I had dinner plans at one of our favorite restaurants with a few close friends. An hour before we were supposed to meet our friends, I got a terrible stomach ache and was so dizzy I thought I was going to pass out. I got it together enough to leave the house, but when we got to the restaurant and sat down I got really hot and my chest started pounding. My whole face was flushed and everything around me seemed really far away. My husband and our friends where happily chatting over a glass of wine, but I felt disconnected, like I wasn’t a part of what was going on around me. I looked around and suddenly began to worry that the whole building might collapse.

I realized then that I had a problem and needed help. I went to an expensive psychiatrist and tried to talk through my anxiety, but couldn’t find a reason for all my worries and irrational fears. Talking about it only made me more anxious. I went to yoga classes and tried meditation. I even tried medication but the pills made me feel lazy and gave me a bad rash. The side effects sheet the pharmacist gave me made me nervous. Anti-anxiety pills can be really addictive and affect your memory.

Take Control Of Your Anxiety Now!

I knew there had to be a better way to handle the anxiety. After trying so many treatments and failing at them all, it got worse. It began to affect my performance at work, and I felt really distant from my husband. I was at the end of my rope and that’s when a friend who’d gone through a similar experience told me about Panic Away. I checked out the website and read the testimonials. I let myself be cautiously optimistic since it had worked for my friend. In fact, she’s always come across as so confident and at ease, I was really surprised that she’d ever struggled with anxiety and panic attacks.

It’s been two years now since I ordered Panic Away and I haven’t had an attack since I started the program. When those old familiar feelings come up, the easy techniques I’ve learned from Panic Away give me the power to send the anxiety away. I’m no longer ruled by irrational thoughts and feelings I can't control.

Anxiety disorders can really devastate the lives of people who suffer attacks, and negatively impact the people who love them.  This is why I want as many people as I can to read my story and know that there is something out there that works and that you can regain control of your life. Try Panic Away for yourself and see what a difference it makes in YOUR life!
